Easy vegetable side dish! PARMESAN ZUCCHINI AND CORN = 2 T olive oil 2 cloves garlic 4 zucchinis, diced 1 cup corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted 1/4 t dried basil 1/4 t dried oregano 1/4 t dried thyme Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper Juice of 1 lime 2 T chopped fresh cilantro leaves 2 T grated Parmesan====
